What is Shaki?
Shaki is beef tripe, the honeycomb stomach lining. It is a staple in West African soups and stews and softens as it cooks.
What is Ponmo?
Ponmo is cow skin. We supply it both burned and white, ready to cut and simmer.
What is Abodi?
Abodi is reed tripe, another part of the cow stomach. It has a firmer bite than Shaki and holds up well in long-cooked dishes.
What is Roundabout?
Roundabout is cow intestine, cleaned and ready for grilling, pepper soup or stew.
Is it chilled or frozen?
Both. You choose. We ship chilled for quick turnover or frozen for longer shelf life.
What is the minimum order?
We work in wholesale volumes, with a minimum of one pallet per product. Private label runs from the same quantity.
